Job summary

Ninja Van is seeking a senior Account Manager to lead strategic corporate accounts and drive growth across Southeast Asia from the Philippines. You will nurture relationships with senior decision-makers, coordinate with internal teams, and optimize revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

The role requires 7–10 years in account management or related fields, preferably with logistics or e-commerce exposure, and strong analytical, coaching, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Sales, or Business Development.
• Experience handling major or corporate accounts.
• Strong experience in client retention, upselling, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Experience dealing with senior clients and different internal teams.
• Logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or retail experience is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Coaching or mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow key corporate accounts.
• Retain clients and increase account revenue.
• Find upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build relationships with key client contacts and decision-makers.
• Lead client meetings and business reviews.
• Work with internal teams to resolve client concerns and issues.
• Monitor account performance, service, claims, and billing.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations for client onboarding and opportunities.
• Prepare account updates and recommendations for management.
• Coach and support Relationship Executives.
