Job summary

Ninja Van PH is seeking a Senior Relationship Executive in Metro Manila to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts, strengthening client relationships, retaining volume and revenue, and identifying cross-sell opportunities. You will regularly present performance updates to clients and internal teams.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance and other internal teams to resolve disputes and payment concerns, monitor KPIs and shipment volume, and mentor junior Relationship Executives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, Stakeholder Management, or Client Coordination.
• Experience managing corporate or enterprise accounts is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts by strengthening client relationships, retaining volume and revenue, and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor account performance, shipment volume, SLAs, KPIs, and revenue, proactively addressing risks and developing action plans to drive account growth.
• Lead client business reviews and serve as a key point of contact, confidently presenting performance updates and addressing business concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other internal teams to resolve client concerns, claims, disputes, and payment-related issues.
• Support the Relationship Manager through account reporting, onboarding activities, internal alignment, and mentoring of junior Relationship Executives.
