Job summary

Osmind is hiring a hands-on, independent accounting leader to own our accounting function end to end as we bring it in-house. You will manage month-end close across three entities, drive a true multi-entity platform, and partner with the VP Finance to deliver GAAP-compliant financials and board-ready reporting.

This builder role requires balancing detail with strategic guidance, and leveraging AI tools to streamline the function.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in multi-entity/intercompany accounting and consolidations.
• Strong documentation of accounting positions and policy development.
• Proven ability to implement internal controls in a growing org.
• Led transition from outsourced to in-house accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closes across 3 entities with GAAP-compliant financials.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, allocations, and entity-level reporting.
• Lead transition from outsourced accounting to in-house, including process documentation and training.
