Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized General Accountant to support two affiliated entities, Opscale Solutions Inc. and Actuate Builders, Inc. (ABI).

The role covers general accounting, project cost accounting, and treasury support across the two companies. Responsibilities include full-cycle bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and coordinating with external auditors. CPA is an advantage; Bachelor’s degree required, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in Excel and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA is an advantage.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience required.
• Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, and bookkeeping.
• Exposure to project accounting or cost accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine taxation and BIR compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP/accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
• Experience with treasury functions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle accounting for multiple entities.
• Prepare financial statements and reporting packages.
• Manage project cost accounting and billing activities.
• Coordinate tax and regulatory filings (BIR, SEC).
• Support treasury functions and cash management.
• Assist audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Maintain intercompany accounts and cost variances.
