modCounsel in Manila, Philippines seeks an experienced contracts professional to lead and negotiate complex customer and vendor agreements, including cloud terms. You will assess risk, provide practical remediation, and help scale our risk management processes for a growing company.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Operations and Delivery, you will collaborate across teams, balance deadlines and budgets, and drive end-to-end improvements in the contract lifecycle while upholding our values.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management and negotiations.
• Proven negotiation skills across vendor and client engagements.
• Ability to propose process improvements for end-to-end contract cycles.

• Negotiate simple to complex customer and vendor agreements including cloud
• terms of service, licensing, co-marketing and resale, resale and distribution licenses,
• renewals, and ancillary relationship agreements
• Assess underlying transaction risk and provide practical solutions to remediate
• client commercial and legal exposure as part of a broader support team
• Develop efficient processes and solutions to scale an effective risk management
