Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record with real estate developers and major contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with major real estate developers, contractors, and infrastructure-related companies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
• Manage and grow key accounts and project-based sales opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies and business development activities aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor upcoming projects and identify opportunities for product specification, project listing, and sales conversion.
• Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and business negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of project requirements.
• Monitor sales performance, market developments, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
• Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
