Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field is often required.
• 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager.
• Essential skills include leadership, communication, problem-solving, budgeting, scheduling, and proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and ensure resources are available and timelines are feasible.
• Budget and manage costs to keep projects within financial constraints.
• Oversee contract administration including negotiation and oversight of contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Set timelines, schedule tasks, and ensure each phase is completed on time; plan contingencies for delays.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies for financial or safety hazards on site.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team and resolve conflicts.
