Job summary

HR Primo Management Services seeks a Construction Project Manager to own planning, execution, and completion of building and bridge projects. The role reports to the Vice President and demands strong planning, risk management, and contractor coordination abilities to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety targets.

The position emphasizes leadership, progress tracking, and robust project documentation, with coordination across engineers, site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a licensed professional engineer.
• Four to seven years of progressive construction experience.
• At least two years in a project leadership or management role.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, cost control and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Lead construction projects from mobilization through close-out and turnover.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, productivity, and risk; report to VP.
• Coordinate engineers, site personnel, contractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety rules.
• Review purchase orders, billings, change orders, and documentation for accuracy.
