Job summary

New City Builders, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through execution, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality targets are met for high-rise developments.

You will coordinate with clients, engineering and procurement teams, and the project team on-site, enforcing safety and driving continuous improvement to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervision of

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Licensed Civil Engineer
5-10 years in construction
5 years PM experience preferred
Experience from pre-construction
On-site supervision experience
Experience handling a team
Experience on high-rise projects

Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and create work plans with engineering and procurement teams
Coordinate with Area Manager and Construction Manager to implement the project plan and meet client milestones
Serve as primary contact for client representatives and stakeholders, maintain open communication, resolve issues promptly
Participate in regular client and stakeholder meetings to report progress and address concerns
Oversee mobilization and optimal use of labor, equipment, and materials within budget
Monitor expenses and cost variances to align with approved budget
Ensure construction activities adhere to quality standards and project specs
Enforce on-site safety standards and collaborate with Safety Manager
Prepare and submit billing documents and change orders to construction management
Lead and mentor the project team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement
