Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a professional to generate new commercial loans, develop and quality-manage the existing loan portfolio, and cross-sell bank products. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships while ensuring compliance with bank policies and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include credit evaluation, extending credit facilities, portfolio improvement, and developing prime accounts through targeted marketing and annual reviews.

Qualifications

• Credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Establish credit facilities in line with Bank policies by analyzing the client's business, financial capacity, collateral, and profitability.
• Improve the quality of the loan portfolio and maximize return on resources.
• Solicit credit-worthy accounts by identifying target markets and marketing bank products with tailored packages.
• Develop the existing portfolio via annual reviews and deepen relationships with prime accounts.

Responsibilities

• Conducts credit evaluation of accounts, including client calls and ocular inspections.
• Recommends the establishment of credit facilities in accordance with the Bank's policies by analyzing the client's business, financial capacity, and collateral.
• Improves loan portfolio quality and aims to maximize return on resources.
