Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to originate, develop, review, and manage loan portfolios while conducting credit and financial analysis. The role focuses on cross-selling banking solutions and growing relationships with commercial and middle-market clients.

You'll work with senior executives and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic financial solutions, under the bank's guidance and mentorship. Applicants from outside Cebu willing to relocate are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, SME Banking, Relationship Management, Account Management or Business Development.
• Proven experience in credit evaluation, financial statement analysis, cash flow assessment and credit proposal preparation.
• Experience in growing a loan portfolio while maintaining asset quality is an advantage.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Originates, develops, reviews, and manages loan portfolio relationships.
• Conducts credit and financial analysis and cross-sells bank products and services.
• Builds and manages relationships with commercial and middle-market clients across industries.
• Partner with credit, risk, operations, and product teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
