Job summary

Connext Global Solutions Inc is seeking a Credit and Collections Specialist to monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and accurate records. You will collaborate with the U.S. Credit Department to resolve disputes and expedite payments, while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in credit/collections, strong MS Office skills, and excellent customer service and negotiation abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 1–2 years in credit and collections or AR
• Experience with MS Office and collection-related systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to support timely collections.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve payment and billing concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and the U.S. Credit Department to expedite payment resolution.
• Maintain accurate collection records and process secure credit card payments.
• Manage payment research and refund requests with proper documentation.
• Approve credit releases and route legal/debt recovery documents while maintaining confidentiality.
