Job summary

Exclusive Networks in the Philippines seeks a Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable, monitor overdue invoices, and drive timely payments. You will contact customers by phone or email, resolve billing issues, and coordinate with Sales and Accounting to address payment problems.

This role supports our global cybersecurity portfolio and reporting lines. The ideal candidate has a 2–3 year track record in AR/collections, an undergraduate degree or related experience, strong attention

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or experience in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Accounts Payable or related role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software; NetSuite experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track accounts receivable balances and overdue invoices.
Contact customers by phone or e-mail to collect payments and resolve outstanding balances.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and deductions.
Record and document collection efforts, payment commitments, and communications.
Collaborate with Sales and Accounting to address payment issues.
Prepare and send monthly statements, reminders, and collection notices.
