Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a detail-oriented Collections/Accounts Receivable specialist to manage customer accounts and outstanding balances in the Philippines.

You will monitor aging schedules, prepare reports, and coordinate with customers on payments while maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate has an accounting-related degree, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office/Excel. Experience in AR is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related course.
• With experience in collections/accounts receivable is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and follow up customer accounts and outstanding balances
• Prepare collection reports and aging schedules
• Coordinate with customers regarding payments and account concerns
• Maintain accurate collection records
• Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
