Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee moderately complex client accounts and develop processes that ensure favorable client relationships. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, coordinate internal teams, and drive satisfaction and growth.

Ideal candidates will have 4–5 years in account management, strong CRM and communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales or service quotas in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years working in an account management environment.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) and Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment while building relationships.
• Proven track record of success in sales or account management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client customers are satisfied with the client's products and services and resolve escalated issues.
• Achieve revenue-based quotas based on account management and supporting processes.
• Evaluate client needs and propose potential solutions.
• Serve as a single point of contact for the client customer and coordinate client service teams.
