Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in Technical, Enterprise, or B2B environments.
• Proven account management or related client relationship experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Develop and nurture relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and preferences.
• Client retention: Address concerns, resolve issues, and provide high level customer service to retain clients.
• Account management: Serve as main point of contact for clients and provide regular product/service updates.
• Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities and collaborate with sales to grow revenue.
• Issue resolution: Handle and resolve client complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Performance analysis: Monitor client metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Contract and agreement management: Ensure contracts are in place and compliant.
• Client feedback and surveys: Gather insights to drive improvements.
• Continuous improvement: Implement process improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
