Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Taguig invites an experienced GSG Relationship Manager to oversee onboarding, credit management, and ongoing client support for a diverse portfolio.

You will coordinate with RAMs, PAMs, and internal teams to ensure seamless origination, KYC ownership, and service delivery, while maintaining strong client relationships and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in client management or related role in financial services.
• Strong product knowledge and understanding of KYC/AML regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven problem-solving ability to resolve client issues, manage escalations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with commitment to high client service.
• High attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with client representatives and support origination activities.
• Independently identify and originate low-complexity opportunities.
• Own end-to-end onboarding experience, from CRM requests to post-implementation follow-up.
• Coordinate credit management and monitor credit lines; escalate exceptions as needed.
• Act as KYC owner for a portfolio of clients and ensure compliance with applicable laws and Citi policies.
