Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in the Philippines seeks a Head of the Corporate Bank to lead a team of bankers and oversee client relationships, delivering treasury and corporate finance solutions.

You will drive franchise growth, manage risk, ensure compliance, and partner with GCM and Risk to allocate capital across products while achieving revenue goals.

You will report to the Asia South Corporate Banking Head and the CCO & Banking Head of Philippines.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in people leadership.
• Senior Credit Officer preferred.
• In-depth experience advising clients on debt and capital management.
• Ability to balance internal management and external client time.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor a client-driven franchise growth plan.
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing regional and market trends.
• Oversee client relationships and provide treasury and corporate finance solutions.
• Drive cross-selling and capital allocation within Institutional Client Groups.
• Translate Citi strategy into a robust Corporate Bank business plan.
• Meet revenue goals while managing risk and credit allocation.
• Promote innovation and cross-selling across the ICG platform.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking, Risk and GCM on episodic transactions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and ethical standards.
• Lead and develop the Philippines Corporate Bank team.
