Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Client Partner to manage strategic client accounts and expand partnerships, leveraging strong relationship management and consulting experience. This role supports US-based clients and aligns with US business hours, operating from Makati City in night shift schedules.

Ideal candidates will combine business acumen with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and hanno experience in enterprise client management within a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years in account management, consulting, or business development.
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic client accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment preferred.
• Experience supporting international or US-based clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Understand client business priorities and recommend strategic solutions.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality service and successful project outcomes.
• Develop account growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead executive business reviews and account planning sessions.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
