Job summary

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a Change and Release Manager to oversee IT change and release processes across our technology platforms.

You will lead planning, CAB governance, and deployment coordination with IT operations and development teams. This role demands ITIL expertise, strong leadership, and excellent communication to manage risk, maintain release documentation, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; advanced ITIL is a plus.
• PMP or Prince2 certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management: plan, assess, approve changes per ITIL guidelines.
• Coordinate releases: plan, schedule, and control software builds and patches.
• Perform risk assessments for changes/releases and monitor post-release stability.
• Continuously improve change/release processes, tools, and methods.
• Act as the primary contact for all change and release-related communications.
