You will develop and execute trade promotion campaigns, including in-store activations and POS materials, manage relationships with retailers and distributors, and conduct market analysis to spot opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in trade marketing, category management, or related roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing trade marketing strategies that delivered measurable results.
• Experience managing relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
• Expertise in trade promotion planning, promotional mechanics, and POS marketing.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market data into actionable strategies.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic trade marketing plans for assigned product categories.
• Lead development and implementation of trade promotion campaigns (in-store activations, POS materials, promotional mechanics).
