Job summary

Telstra is seeking a Capability & Learning Operations Lead in the Philippines to shape and operate the capability ecosystem. You will drive scalable service models supporting content, platforms, assets and experiences for employees globally.

You will lead a high-performing team, partner with global stakeholders and advance automation, analytics and AI-driven improvements to enhance delivery and career experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience transforming, embedding and leading operations in complex environments.
• Ability to design and optimise operating models and service delivery frameworks.
• Proven record of driving operational excellence, process improvement and service performance.
• Experience leveraging digital technologies, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong systems-thinking and ability to manage complex end-to-end service flows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across teams.
• Experience managing vendors, governance, risk, controls or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Launch and operationalise the Capability & Learning Operations function across content, knowledge, skills and career services.
• Define and deliver a scalable service model for reliable, efficient and consistent employee experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of capability assets, content and platforms, ensuring currency and relevance.
• Establish governance frameworks, service standards and operating processes for sustainable delivery.
• Drive process optimisation, automation and AI-enabled improvements in service quality.
• Lead vendor governance, risk and controls across Talent & Learning suppliers.
• Own and manage the Managed Training Services partnership for value and improvement.
• Provide visibility of performance, risks and dependencies; drive remediation actions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on service delivery and digital operations.
