Job summary

Telstra InfraCo in the Philippines is seeking a Capability & Learning Operations Lead to build and drive the operations function, enabling capability and career experiences across the organisation.

You will lead a high-performing team, design scalable service models, and partner with global stakeholders to optimise content, platforms and governance. This role offers flexible hybrid working arrangements and opportunities across 22 countries.

Qualifications

• Experience transforming and leading operations in complex environments.
• Ability to design operating models and service delivery frameworks.
• Proven track record of process improvement and service performance.
• Experience using digital technologies, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong systems thinking and end-to-end service flow management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Launch and operationalise the capability & learning operations across content, knowledge, and careers.
• Define and deliver a scalable service model for reliable employee experiences.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of capability assets, content and platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks and operating processes for sustainable delivery at scale.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimisation, automation and AI-enabled approaches.
• Lead vendor governance, risk, controls, and supplier performance.
• Own the Managed Training Services partnership and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide visibility of performance and risks, driving improvement actions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on service delivery.
