As the Capability & Learning Operations Lead, you will build and drive the evolution of the operations function that enables the effective delivery and continuous operation of capability, learning and career experiences across the organisation. This role is responsible for creating a high-performing, scalable service model that supports capability and career experiences across content, platforms, assets, support services and governance. You will bring together operational excellence, digital innovation and people leadership to ensure our capability ecosystem runs efficiently, reliably and continuously improves. You will act as the central coordination point for knowledge, capability and content flow, ensuring updates across skills, career architecture, learning products and employee-facing experiences are connected, consistent and easy to navigate. You will also play a critical leadership role in strengthening the capability, capacity and operational maturity of Telstra's Talent, Learning & Culture teams, while partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions globally.
