Job summary

Smartsourcing Inc. is recruiting a full-time, onsite Business Analyst (Data & Reporting) to design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards across finance, rental book, broker origination, and asset performance in Cebu City.

You will own data models, query transformations, and governance, delivering repeatable, auditable reporting for senior decision-makers. You will gather requirements, run ad-hoc analysis, and collaborate with the Sales team and other functions to drive commercial insight,

Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch.
• Experience gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders.
• Exposure to financial services or asset finance is advantageous.
• Exposure to multi-entity group reporting or credit-risk metrics advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards from scratch.
• Develop data models, Power Query, and DAX measures for reporting.
• Create group consolidation reporting and board packs; reconcile figures to source.
• Streamline monthly reporting; reduce manual touchpoints and time.
• Interrogate metrics and translate into commercial narratives for execs.
• Run ad-hoc analysis for pricing, channels, and cohort performance.
