Job summary

Teradyne Philippines is seeking a Business Process Analyst to serve as the primary liaison between business users and IT for defining and rolling out solutions.

You will gather requirements across CSO processes, document workflows, and help implement changes that add value. The role requires strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills, with familiarity in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform being highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business process analysis or related field
• Familiarity with CSO business processes is an advantage
• Strong documentation and diagramming skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and Power Platform preferred
• Experience gathering and assessing user requirements

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and manage business requirements
• Create solutions and drive changes across functional boundaries
• Coordinate with IT to ensure timely, functional deliverables
• Develop test plans and assist in solution testing
• Create process docs, workflows, mockups, and wireframes
• Communicate project requirements status to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes
• May support project coordination or management tasks
