Job summary

Eastvantage seeks a Strategic Business Partner for Finance & Accounting Operations in Manila to lead senior client relationships with US/AU accounts. You will own end-to-end FAO delivery across AR, AP, GL, reporting, and audit, ensuring SLA adherence and client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years in FAO, a finance degree, and strong leadership of 200+ offshore staff, with HubSpot experience and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven leadership of large offshore teams (200+ headcount).
• Strong expertise in AR, AP, GL, reporting, and audit operations.
• Deep understanding of AR metrics (aging, write-offs, collections, adjustments).
• Experience supporting US/AU clients with GAAP/IFRS, IRS, ATO knowledge.
• Strong P&L management and commercial acumen.
• CRM systems experience (HubSpot preferred) and data-driven reporting.
• Demonstrated success in client relationship management at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

• Own senior client relationships across US and Australian accounts, as primary executive contact for C-suite and VP stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end delivery accountability across FAO functions including AR, AP, GL, reporting, and audit to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction.
• Provide operational oversight across audit intake, billing, authorizations, CRM, payment posting, collections, and customer support.
• Translate AR-related reports into clear updates and action plans for stakeholders.
• Lead transition management for new client onboarding, including knowledge transfer and go-live planning.
• Identify recurring operational or AR issues and partner with teams to improve workflows.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and PHI handling standards in daily operations.
• Own risk identification, escalation, and resolution for all client delivery issues.
• Build, develop, and retain a 200+ headcount delivery team with career pathways.
• Define and own vertical KPIs and report results to senior leadership and client stakeholders.

• What You'll Do: Own senior client relationships across US and Australian accounts, serving as the primary executive point of contact for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders

• Consume and interpret AR-related reports, aging, denials, and collection trends to identify risks and priorities
• Ensure clear ownership, handoffs, due dates, and next steps across teams
• Monitor work queues, trackers, dashboards, and financial/operational reports to identify risks and bottlenecks
• Drive timely resolution of audit issues, claim rejections, denials, authorization gaps, AR risks, and customer escalations Partner cross-functionally with Audit, Billing, Coding, Collections, Finance, CRM, and Customer Support teams
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking and documentation in HubSpot Review operational and AR reports to ensure real-time visibility and data accuracy

• Define and own vertical-level KPIs, operational metrics, and performance targets; report results to senior leadership and client stakeholders on a regular cadence

What We're Looking For:
