Job summary

Greenstone Packaging Corporation in the Philippines seeks a results-driven Sales/Key Account professional to build new customer relationships and regain former customers. You will translate specifications into box requirements, manage the complete product development cycle, and handle quotations, price lists, and master customer files while collaborating with internal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Well-organized and capable of independent work.

Responsibilities

• Build up new customer and regain former customer
• Develop box requirements based on required specifications
• Handle Sales Agent account and Office accountabilities
• Manage Complete Product Development Cycle
• Prepare quotation based on customers specification
• Prepare price list of all customers with complete specifications
• Prepare Master file of all customers
• Handle customer complaints except on deliveries
• Verify customers credibility (accounting matters)
• Create sales order in new customer / new items
