Job summary

PHI Corporation is seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager to own day-to-day BD activities as the sole executor. You will turn prospects and existing opportunities into approved engagements via targeted discovery, proposals, follow-up, and commercial handover.

Responsibilities include drafting proposals, qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery, and coordinating with project leads to ensure successful handovers and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Draft proposals using PHI's approved template; gather scope, capacity, pricing inputs.
• Identify opportunities and qualify need, decision makers, budget and timing.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day business development as sole BD executor.
• Conduct discovery, arrange technical consultations, present solutions and follow up.
• Transfer completed commercial pack after acceptance; ensure all details are documented.
• Research priority sectors, prepare content for LinkedIn, emails and website to link inquiries to opportunities.
• Maintain a current opportunity register; support weekly reviews and forecasting.
• Obtain written BD approvals for pricing, discounts, terms; route CEO-reserved decisions accordingly.
• Coordinate with project lead, technical owner, and billing to ensure smooth handovers.
• Verify opportunities with capacity, milestones and execution responsibilities.
