Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge clients, users, and development teams in the Philippines. You will analyze existing systems, document requirements, design test scenarios, and support SIT and UAT to ensure alignment with business needs.

You will gather requirements, create SRS, and collaborate with developers to ensure correct implementation while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and rigorous documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience in requirements analysis and documentation.
• Experience creating SRS and Test Suites.
• Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing system behavior, code, and documentation to understand functionalities and workflows.
• Gather and document requirements in System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Conduct workshops and discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Translate system behavior and business requirements into clear documentation.
• Coordinate with developers to ensure requirements and system design are aligned.
• Create Test Suites based on documented requirements.
• Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and validate system functionality.
• Investigate, document, and track defects.
• Work closely with developers to identify root causes and resolve issues.
• Support users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
