Responsibilities

• Directs the collegial formulation of policies, systems, programs, and guidelines on TESDA's financial resources.
• Directs the establishment of a monitoring and reporting system on financial resource management.
• Establishes and maintains linkages with oversight government agencies for efficient financial management.
• Provides staff advice to the Director General for budget formulation and presentation to fiscal agencies and Congress.
• Ensures compliance with COA, DBM, and other rules and coordinates financial reporting.
• Facilitates preparation and presentation of TESDA's budget before fiscal agencies and chambers.
• Directs budget preparation and submission, ensuring alignment with priorities and national budgets.
• Directs efforts to maintain linkages with government agencies and partners for smooth financial transactions.
