The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority CARAGA Region - Government seeks an experienced administrator to lead Vocational/Technical School operations. The role involves planning, directing, and evaluating school policies, budgeting, and coordinating training activities with communities and industry partners.

You will supervise staff, prepare annual budgets, organize conferences and seminars, and maintain public relations to support community extensions.

Responsabilités

• Manages and administers Vocational/Technical School.
• Formulates and executes school policies.
• Directs preparation and execution of plans and revisions of school policies.
• Prepares annual budget estimates and reports under supervision.
• Plans and directs conferences, seminars, and in-service training activities.
• Maintains public relations with community and industry contacts for extensions projects.
• Provides management inputs to TESDA offices at provincial, regional, and national levels.
• Evaluates the performance of school personnel.
• Recommends appointments, promotions, transfers, separations, and retirement of instructors and staff.
• Performs other related functions as deemed necessary.
