Job summary

Motortrade Nationwide Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Development Manager to lead expansion by identifying new locations, overseeing site acquisition, lease negotiations, and project coordination nationwide.

As a senior leader, you will build strategic partnerships, conduct market research, drive branch performance, coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development, and ensure profitable, data‑driven growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in branch operations, business development, or expansion planning.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and expansion strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management; Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch expansion strategies and site acquisition plans.
• Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities and new branch locations.
• Oversee end-to-end branch development: sourcing sites, acquisition, lease negotiation, project coordination.
• Establish strategic partnerships to strengthen the network and market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support data-driven growth.
• Lead sales initiatives, monitor pipelines and drive revenue targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development to align strategies.
• Manage costs while maintaining profitability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate sublease arrangements with affiliates to maximize asset use.
• Develop tools and processes for site acquisition and negotiations.
• Analyze market data to identify opportunities in assigned markets.
• Lead special projects initiated by senior management.
• Coach and develop department team members for strong performance.
