Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in branch operations, business development, or expansion planning.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of industry trends and network expansion strategies.
• Proven experience in site acquisition, lease negotiations, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch expansion strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify and evaluate market opportunities, new branch locations, and real property prospects.
• Oversee end-to-end branch development: sourcing, acquisition, lease negotiation, coordination.
• Establish strategic partnerships to strengthen network and market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform expansion decisions.
• Lead sales initiatives, monitor pipelines, and drive revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development for alignment.
• Manage departmental costs while maintaining profitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate sublease agreements with affiliates to maximize asset use.
• Develop tools, processes, and best practices for site acquisition and negotiations.
• Analyze business data to identify opportunities in assigned markets.
• Lead and manage senior-management special projects.
• Coach and develop team members for high performance and engagement.
