Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development and branch expansion strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, new branch locations, and real property acquisition prospects.
• Oversee end-to-end branch development, including site sourcing, acquisition, lease negotiation, and project coordination.
• Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships to strengthen the network and market presence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support expansion efforts.
• Lead sales initiatives, monitor pipelines, and drive revenue and expansion targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development.
