Job summary

Motortrade Nationwide Corporation, the Philippines’ leading motorcycle dealer, is seeking a Branch Development Manager. This full-time executive role leads expansion strategy by identifying opportunities, driving network growth, and overseeing property acquisitions nationwide.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development to ensure profitable expansion, coach teams, and deliver data-driven decisions that strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in branch operations, business development, or expansion planning.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role with proven people management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement branch expansion strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, new locations, and real property prospects.
• Oversee end-to-end branch development including site sourcing, acquisition, lease negotiations.
• Establish strategic partnerships to strengthen network and market presence.
• Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform expansion decisions.
• Manage cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Development.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor pipelines to meet expansion targets.
• Coach and develop department team members for performance and engagement.
• Coordinate sublease agreements with affiliates and optimize asset utilization.
