Outdoormaster, Inc. is seeking a Leasing/Site Acquisition Officer to identify and secure strategic billboard locations that align with our expansion and revenue goals.

The role involves building a robust site pipeline, engaging property owners, and negotiating favorable lease terms to move locations from prospecting to development. You will coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Management, performing site assessments and ensuring documentation is complete for lease execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
• Experience in site acquisition, leasing, real estate, or business development preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct fieldwork and evaluate potential business locations.
• Strong research, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and conduct site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect strategic billboard locations.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective sites by city/area.
• Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers.
• Negotiate lease rates, terms, escalation, and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate verification of ownership and lease documentation.
