Job summary

Outdoormaster, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Sales Officer to drive billboard occupancy through strategic client acquisition and building long-term partnerships with advertisers.

The role focuses on developing a robust sales pipeline, presenting compelling proposals, and closing deals to sustain revenue growth. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with Operations for timely project delivery, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities in key corridors and cities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in corporate sales, account management, advertising, or business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Able to identify business opportunities and develop prospective accounts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and secure advertising contacts for the Company's billboard assets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prioritize high-value corporate accounts, long-term contracts, and recurring business opportunities.
• Market newly developed and newly available strategic billboard sites to qualified target clients to accelerate occupancy and shorten the period between site development and revenue generation.
• Conduct client presentations, negotiations, site presentations, and account meetings.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, presentations, and sales reports.
• Achieve assigned occupancy, revenue, client acquisition, and sales targets.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline and conduct regular follow-up with prospective clients.
• Assist in client retention, contract renewal, and account development initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, client requirements, and advertising demand.
• Provide Management and the Site Acquisition team with market intelligence on client demand, high-potential locations, key commercial corridors, and cities that may support future billboard expansion.
• Coordinate closely with Operations and other departments to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
• Represent the Company professionally while promoting its premium market position and long-term advertising value.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
