Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Bid Manager to own end-to-end bid, proposal, and SOW responses across CX Technology Practice. You will coordinate inputs from pre-sales, delivery, architecture, pricing, finance, and legal to produce client-ready submissions that are complete, compliant, and commercially sound.

You will also drive improvements via reusable content, templates, and AI-assisted drafting in partnership with the Internal Automation & AI Team, tracking outcomes and gaps for ongoing quality

Qualifications

• Experience managing RFP, RFQ, RFI, proposals or SOW processes in technology services, CX, CRM, SaaS, BPO, or consulting environments.
• Strong written communication skills, able to translate technical inputs into client-facing language.
• Excellent coordination, follow-through, and deadline management across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
• Ability to identify mandatory response items and build practical compliance trackers.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of RFP, RFQ, RFI, proposal, and SOW submissions from intake to final delivery.
• Review client requirements and create bid plans, response schedules, and compliance checklists.
• Coordinate inputs from senior pre-sales, delivery SMEs, architects, analysts, PMO, legal, finance, and leadership.
• Build and maintain proposal structures, executive summaries, and delivery method sections.
• Ensure responses align with client requirements, scope, and company standards.
• Manage clarification questions, logs, version control, reviews, and final packaging.
• Support SOW development with scope, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and change language.
• Maintain reusable content libraries for profiles, case studies, and platform descriptions.
