Job summary

IDEAL is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with partner banks in the home loan sector. You will serve as the sole point of contact, handling pitch development, negotiations, and cross-team coordination.

As the primary liaison between IDEAL and banks, you will oversee onboarding, documentation, and operational alignment while driving strategies to increase loan volume and partnership performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales or partnerships.
• Experience with homeloan banks in the Philippines.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of home loan products and mortgage market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with partner banks to support IDEAL's mortgage aggregator operations.
• Lead partnership onboarding, requirements gathering, documentation, and operational alignment.
• Identify opportunities to deepen collaboration and product adoption.
• Monitor partnership performance, loan volume, and escalation management.
• Maintain CRM records and report on partnership metrics.
