Netbank is seeking a Solution Manager to drive business development, own the full sales cycle, and ensure delivery of effective banking solutions for partners.

The role involves identifying partners, managing outreach and negotiations, and coordinating with product and development teams to translate needs into actionable solutions, with a focus on cross-selling and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize potential partners/clients across various market segments.
• Lead outreach, discovery calls, and initial sales, converting leads into active business relationships.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Manage existing onboarded clients to cross-sell products and identify new services they may require.
• Deeply understand partners’ financial automation needs, pain points, process gaps, and compliance constraints to identify opportunities.
• Translate business and client requirements into clear solution scopes and communicate them to the Product team.
• Coordinate with Product and Development teams to ensure requirements are understood for design and development.
• Monitor progress of solution delivery, align teams, track timelines, and ensure quality.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, needs, offerings, and regulatory developments.
• Identify operational requirements, partnerships, costs, and risks associated with building and operating the solution.
• Design pricing models that reflect value and align with market expectations.
• Develop pitches and present tailored solutions to prospective clients, positioning Netbank's value.
• Participate in sales meetings and negotiations to close deals and secure contracts.
• Negotiate commercials and secure internal approvals for non-standard pricing.
• Manage a professional sales and onboarding process, keeping partners informed.
• Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and implementation pathways.
• Oversee implementation and smooth handover to onboarding and implementation teams.
