Job summary

CDRS Trading is seeking a Sales Executive who understands that a sale is complete when requirements are delivered, documented, collected, and the account is ready for the next order. You will develop priority institutional accounts across healthcare, government, and private sectors.

Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, translating client needs into proposals, maintaining a clean pipeline, and ensuring timely follow-through from contact to delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B, institutional, healthcare, or government sales is an advantage — not a requirement
• Disciplined with records: pipeline entries updated within one business day, no undocumented commitments
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and follow-through — we do not wait for the inbox
• Strong written and spoken communication in both English and Filipino
• Understands that commercial quality matters as much as volume — revenue that is uncollected or underpriced does not count

Responsibilities

• Build and develop priority institutional accounts across healthcare, government, and private sectors
• Identify decision-makers, conduct disciplined outbound prospecting, and secure qualified discovery meetings
• Translate client requirements into accurate proposals and quotations using approved commercial rules
• Manage a clean, updated pipeline — every opportunity logged, every next step dated, every owner named
• Follow through from first contact to purchase order, delivery, collection, and repeat business
• Report recurring needs, lost-deal reasons, and market signals that sharpen CDRS's positioning
