You will manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, conduct presentations, prepare quotes, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any 4-year course but with 6 months proven sales experience.
Excellent customer service and sales skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent phone and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Fast learner and with passion for sales.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
Researching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Participating in sales team meetings.
