Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field.
• 5-8 years of agribusiness sales experience, preferably livestock, poultry, or feed.
• Proven experience in managing sales teams and B2B accounts.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for the business, aligned with production capacity and market demand.
• Set and monitor sales targets, customer mix, and profitability goals.
• Forecast demand and coordinate with farm operations and supply planning.
• Expand customer base in livestock and retail, develop new market channels and B2B opportunities.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor pricing and emerging opportunities.
• Implement pricing strategies balancing volume growth and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the sales team and oversee customer service processes.
• Standardize sales reporting, KPIs, and customer performance dashboards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and represent the company in industry associations and events.
• Manage long-term contracts and agreements with major clients.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and leadership to align sales with supply and margins.
