Job summary

Aboitiz Power Corporation is seeking a Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist in Cebu, Philippines. This staff-level role is project-based with a hybrid work arrangement and reports to the AP DU Distribution Finance Group.

The position focuses on recording and reviewing fixed asset and inventory transactions, ensuring policy compliance, and coordinating physical counts with the team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Accounting related course.

• Handle the recording and review of additions, movements and retirements to fixed asset and inventory accounts.
• Perform monthly reconciliation of the subsidiary and general ledgers ensuring timely posting of adjustments.
• Monitor compliance to fixed asset policy and guidelines, ERC, BIR regulations.
• Oversee physical inventory count of fixed assets, supplies and materials.

As Fixed Asset and Inventory Specialist , you will responsible for handling the recording and review of fixed asset and inventory accounts. He/She monitors compliance to fixed asset policy and guidelines, ERC, BIR regulations and oversees physical inventory count of fixed assets, supplies and materials and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world.
