Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a proactive AR specialist to manage end-to-end debtor collections using Odoo. You will ensure invoices, credit notes and receipts are processed accurately and timely, and take ownership of the AR ageing clean-up.

You will investigate long-outstanding balances, unapplied receipts, disputed invoices, and historical allocations, preparing clear ageing reports and progress against collection targets.

Qualifications

• Experience with AR and debtor collections in ERP (Odoo).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset when investigating aged or complex accounts.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise competing collection issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR and debtor collections in Odoo.
• Own the AR ageing clean-up and resolve long-outstanding balances, unapplied receipts, disputed invoices, and historical allocations.
• Prepare AR ageing and collection reporting, tracking collections achieved and progress against targets.
• Maintain clear collection targets and action plans for overdue accounts.
