ARTJOHNLEY ENTERPRISES is seeking an Accounts Receivable Staff in Quezon City to manage customer billing and receivables using Odoo ERP. The role requires accuracy, coordination with Sales and Logistics, and leadership potential to guide team members.

You will verify payments, reconcile transactions, and ensure fully paid status with proper documentation, while generating AR aging reports and collection notices for timely cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field is required.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Collections is preferred.
• Proficiency with Odoo ERP and financial documentation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer billing, monitor receivables, and ensure timely collections.
• Encode, verify, and reconcile invoices and payments in Odoo ERP.
• Prepare AR aging reports, SOA, and collection reminders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Accounting to resolve billing issues.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly reporting of AR metrics and reconciliation.
• Guide team members on collection processes and Odoo procedures.
