Job summary

Sutherland is seeking a Sr Manager - Reporting to lead reporting, analytics, and workforce planning across Hyderabad and Clark sites. You will oversee design, development, and delivery of performance and operational reports and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of scaling analytics frameworks in fast-paced environments. You will partner with stakeholders and mentor a team of analysts to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years in reporting, analytics, and workforce management.
• At least 2 years in a senior management role across multi-site or regional operations.
• Proven track record of building and scaling reporting/analytics frameworks.
• Strong exposure to workforce organization, capacity planning, and operational alignment.
• Technical: knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, and Google Data Studio.

The Sr Manager for Reporting and Analytics will be responsible for leading and overseeing reporting, analytics, and workforce planning functions.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.

• Reporting & Analytics
  • Oversee the design, development, and delivery of performance, operational, and executive-level reports across Hyderabad and Clark sites.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms and dashboards.
  • Provide advanced analysis and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop customized reporting solutions and KPIs.
  • Drive automation and standardization of reporting processes to increase efficiency.
• Workforce Organization
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives, including forecasting, staffing models, and capacity planning.
  • Partner with leadership to define workforce structures that align with business needs.
  • Analyze headcount, attrition, and productivity trends to recommend optimal staffing strategies.
  • Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and organizational alignment to support operational delivery.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery teams to ensure balance between demand and supply.
• Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of reporting analysts and workforce specialists.
  • Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Work closely with site and regional leadership to align reporting and workforce strategies with business goals.
  • Act as a liaison between operations, HR, finance, and technology teams to ensure integrated workforce planning.

Qualifications
