Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Business Performance Senior Analyst to support reporting across sales production, manpower, and MIS. The role emphasizes delivering accurate management information and insights to guide decisions and drive operational excellence.

You will develop dashboards, perform data simulations, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure timely, SLA-driven outputs while enhancing existing reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical and programming skills with financial spreadsheets, trend analysis, data simulation and report commentary writing.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and ability to interact with internal and external customers.
• Ability to perform data simulations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage timely processing and delivery of MCBL and CBC reports based on SLAs.
• Create, generate and implement new/enhanced reports for management.
• Handle data processing and simple incentive computations.
• Develop visual dashboard reports to present KPI insights.
• Collaborate across departments to align reporting with strategic goals.
