Job summary

WIZ.AI is seeking a Solutions Architect (AEM) to sit inside client operations, diagnose constraints, design solutions, drive go-lives, and interrogate data for measurable business outcomes. You will blend strategic consulting with hands-on delivery across large enterprise engagements in fintech, telco, and martech sectors.

The role emphasizes advisory leadership rather than software engineering, with direct access to product and engineering teams to influence deployments that matter and scale

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in consulting, account management, presales, software project management or solution-related work.
• Experience with fintech, banking, telecommunications, martech or enterprise services is a plus.
• Strong ability to create customer value and understand client business systems.

Responsibilities

• Design AI Talkbot solutions for large enterprise customers to highlight value and secure buy-in.
• Define scope for solution integration and the interface between products and customer systems.
• Lead delivery projects, including requirements, planning, coordination, and risk management.
• Maintain client engagement through reviews and product training.
• Analyze usage data to improve product adoption and reduce churn.
• Identify gaps between expectations and performance and mobilize internal resources.
